About Us

AX-Factor Dive is the 1st SSI Dive Center in Vava’u & Tonga! It is part of Whale Waters Tonga, which includes accommodation and a Personal Development facility.

Our plan is to create a fully sustainable, self sufficient, environmentally friendly Dive Retreat, offering Scuba, Free Diving, Yoga, Meditation and Personal Development. AX-Factor Dive was created by Axel and Eske Passeck in 2019. Before they came to Vava’u, they created a 4 Star Resort in remote Western Australia with a Dive Shop, Charter Boat, Bar, A la Carte Restaurant and Rental Cars.

Their dream is now to combine their extensive business and diving experience into unique Personal Development Retreats.

Axel is an Open Water Scuba Instructor since 1996, with several Specialty Instructor qualifications and a passion for photography and free diving. Eske is covering the relaxation part as a deep tissue massage therapist.

The unique and completely protected location in Koko Bay, is the perfect place for snorkelers to world class free divers allowing 24/6 reliable diving from our Blue Oceans Dive Centre jetty!

We empower women with an at least equal number of female staff.
